About Me

I'm an independent designer based in Asheville, North Carolina. I trained in architecture and taught myself to code and have built and run my own product businesses — I come at design from a lot of directions at once, which tends to be useful. (Self-taught everything, ftw!)

Midsummer is the longest day of the year. Everything at its peak, the most light, the fullest version of itself: that's what I'm reaching for with my clients. Everyone who starts a business is doing something inherently creative. Pulling an idea out of your mind and making it real through belief and commitment is its own form of art. My job is to find the thing that makes your brain light up in a way that's hard to explain but completely real to you — and make sure the design communicates it.
